Dr. Anjaiah Pandiri is a trained professional social worker with over 25 years of experience in development sector. Currently working as the Executive Director with CHILDLINE India Foundation, from September 2014, Dr. Anjaiah has an excellent track record in organizational development, fund raising, team building, and has been taking up several responsibilities at the state and national level.

He holds a Ph.D in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Before joining CIF, he was associated with reputed international NGOs like Action Aid and Save the Children where as a State Head, Senior Manager and National Thematic Leader, he provided overall leadership and strategic direction with a programmatic perspective, capacity building, designing, planning, implementation, monitoring and budgeting of large scale development programs and policy advocacy in a human rights framework at the state and national level.

He strengthened collaborations and engagements with various Government Departments such as the Department of Women and Child Welfare, Rajiv Vidya Mission, SCERT and the Department of Labour. He promoted, facilitated and built networks and alliances among NGOs, campaign groups and social movements, teachers unions and SMC federations.

He had worked on wide range of issues – poverty, social exclusion, land and livelihood rights, Dalit rights, tribal rights, fisher folk rights, child rights, child protection, inclusive education and children and persons with disabilities, health and nutrition, child centered disaster risk reduction and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) etc. and had been giving valuable contributions to the development sector of India.

Sandeep Kumar Mitra’s two decade-long association with Child Protection began as a frontline worker where he devoted a lot of his time to children living on the streets. Thereafter he gathered experiences and became specialized in Programme planning, Development & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Networking & Policy Advocacy, Training & Capacity building, Research and Management etc. which spans across diverse roles during these 20 years in the development sector. He is an Advisory/ Technical Resource Group member of several State level committees related to Child Protection across Eastern India.

He holds a Master degree in Social Work as well as Masters in Human Rights. He is currently working with CHILDLINE India Foundation as a Regional Head: East and North Eastern India responsible for activities across 13 States & 1 Union Territory of India.

Denis Rodrigues is the Head of CHILDLINE Contact Centre, National 24X7 helpline for children in need of care and protection that responds to call made to 1098. Over two decades of work experience in Operations Management, team Building, Strategic Implementation and MIS system. Worked in Corporate and NGO sector.

Using technology to reach out to more number of target beneficiaries has been an area interest. Data Analysis and Reports that highlight the service impact that could further enable bridging down the gaps in services 

Denis, holds a MBA in Operations Management from Delhi University.

Vijay Nair, is a Law Graduate by training and a Ph D Scholar. He is an activist on Human Rights as a profession, who has been a pioneer in raising the issues of socially under privileged and deprived communities including Orphans and vulnerable children in India. He also holds qualifications in Public Health Management and has been actively working in the development sector since 1992. Vijay has helped evolved Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and Networks across India and in other South Asian Countries.

He has been actively involved in assessing and evaluating government projects in many states of India. He is a Technical Resource Group member with Government of India and also an Ethical Committee Member with Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad.

Since 1st March, 2019, Vijay, works with CIF as Deputy Head – Programmes and leads APPI’s project on Children in Contact with Railway Stations.

Santosh GK Minz is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years of proven ability to deliver results and managing the entire gamut of strategic and operational Human Resources in reputed businesses such as Larsen & Turbo Limited, Holcim India Limited, Hindustan Ciba-Geigy Limited, and Essar Oil Limited.

Santosh is an alumnus of TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) Mumbai and has been associated with CIF since October 2018. He is also a visiting HR faculty in Welingkar Management Institute, Mumbai.

His specialty includes fields of Talent Acquisition, Management & Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Project Management, Change Management & Integration Process, Engagement Programs, and Executive Coaching.

Anuradha is passionate about child rights and protection. She is a seasoned development practitioner and her professional career spans nearly over three decades with senior roles within the International, Non profit and Multilateral organisations.  She has multi sector experience and has worked in WASH, livelihoods, disaster management and child rights. During her tenure with the Post tsunami rehabilitation Programme, she built strong partnerships between the Government and civil society practitioners through creation of a common platform, which helped to drive the rehabilitation process in a streamlined manner. The majority of her development experience has been in child rights and protection. She is currently heading the south zone at the national helpline for children at Childline India Foundation, whose mission is to protect rights of every child and help create a child friendly nation. She has spent a decade of her life closely working with the state Governments  and other stakeholders to ensure that  CHILDLINE 1098 helpline is accessible to every child and that its service quality is assured.
